Although, I am no gourmet chef, I do enjoy cooking. I suppose it provides an outlet for creativity. Obviously, I also appreciate the idea of people devouring that which I provide. Hopefully, they are not eating, simply to please me.
I equate my kitchen experimentation to Kemistry, I purposely dropped the European spelling to pay homage to my people of Kemet. Science, mathematics, culinary, and many other wonderful creations, were derived from these dark-skinned people.
Anyway, I digress. I enjoy the idea of fabricating something new. I understand baking allows for the same level of discovery; however, I have not delved into this area. Yesterday, I made some delicious chicken soup, which was definitely as much fun to make, as it was to eat. I have to give my pops a huge shout for providing me the recipe. I have tried it with Cornish Hen and whole chicken. Good stuff.

All right, My Khametic, Asiatic, Conscious minded Brother. I am feeling your poetic words of wisdom. I also appreciate our Khametic Kulture (pick up a book and read if that just went over your head) and the culinary arts as well. And I must say you do have some skills. I have tasted your cooking and you got game! It’s funny though; I thought I was the only one your father gave that recipe to. 1 can of Campbell’s and 2 cans of Chunky’s chicken soup and a ½ of cup of water.

And Al, yes you are rambling, randomly, but we still Love you Bro. We understand that there is not too much else you can do in Michigan? ; )

Hmm. My brother. If only you read up on Your-story instead of History. You'd know that Imhotep was not only a Master Builder, credited with the building the first large scale pyramid. A little one-up-manship on the brothers in the South (Nubia). His real contribution was in the culinary arts. He made a mean Ibis soup back then.

I'd be happy to share my recipies you and anyone else who may want them. Actually, I have thought about creating a small online cookbook of some of my favorites.
I do appreciate the indepth knowledge of Kemitic history that some of you have shared w/me. Perhaps I do need to brush up on some of my reading. It has been awhile since I read the Mehtu Nehtr, and texts that I consider sacred. Thanks for blessing me with the wisdom and kulture.

Dad gave me the recipet for the chicken soup. but somehow, us Marines, were never taught how to "Skin" the chicken after catching and killing it. So my "Yard Bird" always seems to have a few Feathers in it. Maybe you can shed light on what I am doing wrong.
